My passion for health and wellbeing has been lifelong, but it was reflexology that truly captured me, its gentle yet powerful ability to restore the body's natural balance. After experiencing its benefits first hand, I knew this was a path I wanted to follow and share with others. I enrolled at the London School of Reflexology, studying under Louise Keet, and began a deeply rewarding journey into professional practice, one that lets me combine my long-standing interest in holistic health with skilled, hands-on care. I now hold an ITEC level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. Additionally, I am qualified in Facial reflexology, Power reflexology and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists which has a strict code of conduct to ensure all members are practicing at the highest level. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, renewed balance, or gentle ongoing care, Vitality Reflexology and Wellness provides a calm, nurturing space to slow down, reconnect and feel truly looked after. Your wellbeing is at the heart of everything I do.
