Aftercare Advice
Following your reflexology session, your body may begin to rebalance and release tension. It’s completely normal to experience temporary reactions such as:

Feeling either tired or more energised
These responses are part of your body’s natural healing process and usually pass within 24 to 48 hours. If you have any concerns, please feel free to get in touch.
After your treatment:

Take a Rest
Take it easy for the rest of the day and avoid any strenuous activities.
This gives your body time to unwind and absorb the benefits supporting its natural healing process.

Nourish Your Body
Choose light, wholesome meals that are easy to digest.
This supports your body’s natural detoxification and healing processes, helping you feel balanced and refreshed.

Keep Hydrated
Drink plenty of water to help to flush out any toxins released during the treatment and encourage your body’s natural healing processes.
Aim to sip regularly throughout the day.

Avoid Stimulants
To maximise the benefits of your reflexology session, try to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and smoking for at least 24 hours.
These can interfere with your body’s ability to relax and rebalance.
